17th Annual Maryland Half Marathon & 5K

Enjoy a day of inspiration, endurance, and community spirit at the 17th annual Maryland Half Marathon & 5K! On Saturday, June 7, 2025, runners, walkers, and supporters from across Maryland will unite in Maple Lawn, Howard County, with one goal: to race against cancer.

Every stride and every dollar raised powers the lifesaving work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC). Your participation supports groundbreaking cancer research and innovative patient care, ensuring no one faces cancer alone.

All registered participants will receive a race medal, an official race t-shirt, access to post-race festivities, and a finish line photo.
