Thrive Together: A Community Gathering for Maternal Wellness

Black and minority women continue to face disproportionately high rates of maternal mortality and morbidity, often due to systemic inequities and lack of access to culturally competent care and support. Zinure Foundation was created to address these disparities and walk alongside women throughout the perinatal period with practical resources, education, and advocacy.

This outreach event is designed to introduce Zinure to the community, raise awareness around maternal health challenges, and connect families with resources in an engaging and family-friendly atmosphere.

Event Objectives:

• Raise awareness about maternal health issues affecting minority women.
• Introduce the Zinure Foundation and its mission to the community.
• Share accessible local resources and support services.
• Foster peer support and community-building among mothers.
• Provide a joyful and affirming experience for families with food, giveaways, and connection.
