Yoga in the Park

Start your week off right with an outdoor yoga class at the Chrysalis! Put on in partnership with the Columbia Association, this free series of classes is the ultimate way to embrace the outdoors while revitalizing your mind and body.
Expert instructors from CA will lead you through an hour of yoga work, accessible to individuals of all abilities and skill levels. This event is free and open to the public, so bring a friend and get ready to stretch, strengthen, and sweat!
