Ball is seeking public input on the advancement of the planned Elkridge Community Center and Indoor Track facility at Troy Park in Elkridge
ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County Executive Calvin Ball will host a community input meeting on Tuesday, August 27th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Howard County Public Library System’s Elkridge Branch, 6540 Washington Blvd. Following a short presentation from Howard County Recreation & Parks and their consultant, the meeting will seek input from residents and community organizations on their ideas for services needed in the community center and indoor track.
“For far too long, our Elkridge residents have advocated for facilities to help our growing community thrive,” said Ball. “We are making impactful investments to make progress on both the Elkridge Community Center and Indoor Track Facility at Troy Park in Elkridge forward. I strongly encourage Elkridge residents and businesses to join us at this public meeting to provide your input on the future of our Elkridge Civic District.”
Ball highlighted several key investments in his Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Capital Budget directed towards carrying his administration’s long-term Elkridge Civic District projects forward. This meeting is to help move this goal along.
