This video of an armed robbery of a tobacco shop in Columbia was posted to the Howard County Police Department Facebook page on February 11th. Howard County patrol officers pursued a stolen vehicle operated by the suspects. Police placed stop sticks across the road, in the path of the stolen vehicle, which immediately deflated the tires allowing officers to apprehend three suspects.
Police recovered merchandise and a replica gun, which resembles a lethal weapon, but is unable to fire bullets.
