HCPD Make Three Arrests for Two Thefts and One Burglary

Robbery
Ellicott City, 21043: Kohl’s, 4300 block of Montgomery Road, March 1 6:26 p.m.
A store employee reported that when she approached two female suspects attempting to steal merchandise, one suspect displayed a knife. The suspects then fled with some of the merchandise. No one was injured.

Commercial burglary
Laurel, 20723: Exxon, 9200 block of All Saints Road, March 3 2:25 a.m.
Police responded for suspects who had broken the front glass of the business and were attempting to steal the ATM. Police arrested one suspect.
ARRESTED: Stephon Wallace, 33, of Laurel, charged with burglary, destruction of property, and theft

Columbia, 21044: 6100 block of Turnabout Lane, Feb. 28-March 1 overnight, change
5300 block of Brook Way, March 1, wallet

Columbia, 21045: 5800 block of Thunder Hill Road, Feb. 28-March 1 overnight, check
8800 block of Columbia 100 Parkway, March 1-2 overnight, tires

Elkridge, 21075: 7900 block of Potter Place, March 1-2 overnight, various items

Ellicott City, 21042: 9100 block of Waycross Road, March 1-2 overnight, nothing reported stolen

Laurel, 20723: 9400 block of Chippenham Drive, March 1-2 overnight, catalytic converter

ARRESTED: Juvenile male, 13, of Elkridge, charged with motor vehicle theft

Elkridge, 21075: 7000 block of Barnett Lane, Feb. 28 9-11:30 p.m.
2011 Hyundai Sonata (recovered)
ARRESTED: Tyrell Taylor, 18, of Baltimore, and juvenile male, 13, charged with motor vehicle theft
