The Homegoing Celebration for Frank Seaton Turner will be held on Sunday, March 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the Horowitz Center Smith Theatre located on the campus of Howard Community College.
Guest parking is available in the West Garage directly across from the Horowitz Center. For directions to the garage, please use the following address for GPS:
Interment for family and close friends will be held at Columbia Memorial Park, 12005 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029 following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the Howard Community College Educational Foundation. Donations can be made online, designated to the Delegate Frank Turner Endowment, at https://www.howardcc.edu/donate or by check made payable to the Howard Community College Foundation (please note Delegate Frank Turner Endowment on the memo line) and mailed to: Howard Community College Educational Foundation, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD 21044.
